A Super Mario Summary
An awesome re-imagining of Super Mario as a single screen puzzle created in 48 hours.
Oh come on. It’s not like you were actually working at 1230 on a Monday.
A Super Mario Summary is my entry to the 23rd Ludum Dare 48 hour game development challenge. I tried to recreate every level in the original Super Mario Brothers game, but on a single screen each. The result is a puzzle platformer where you need to combine reflexes, timing, and clever thinking to succeed.
To get the highest rating on a level, you need to take all coins and hit the top of the flag pole. Good luck!
Mapstalgia
A blog where people submit maps of video games, hand-drawn from memory. I’m not exactly nostalgic for a lot of the maps on the site (Mapstalgia is a terrible name anyway) but I love the idea.
I am pretty sure I could do this for A Link to the Past, Goldeneye, Starfox… What games spring to mind for you?
