  1. The look on their faces was priceless.

    I imagine they went through a number of buns to be sure they wrote it correctly. Wouldn’t the rise of the bread throw off the placement, or was the proofed dough enough?

  2. For the first time ever, blind people are able to read their burgers before they eat them, and you’re concerned about how much bread was wasted?

  3. Kos, we had the exact same reaction. I thought it was too silly when they were placing the seeds with a tweezer. But when the buns came out of the oven, I was delighted. And when the people read the seed-braille, I was overjoyed.
