There is a modest 62 mb image. And an absurd 447 mb image. The largest picture size, in print or full sized display, would make the M101 galaxy bigger than two or three of your heads.
That is still smaller than the actual galaxy, which is 170,000 light years across.
I have no idea how big that is in the measurement of heads.
